Data Integrity includes setting up leases and contracts into client's land system, cleaning up existing data for authenticity, setting up payment and non payment obligations, flagging provisions like pugh and continuous development etc. We have worked extensively with Quorum Land System.
Asset Onboarding after an acquisition includes interest and acreage verification, setting up and/or cleaning up agreements in the land system, merging agreements if the acquired asset overlaps with existing ownership.
Divestiture Prep includes verifying acreage, preparing asset write ups, generating PSA exhibits and schedules, flagging and sending certified mailings for preferential right to purchase, consent to assign and notice requirements, preparing state and federal assignment forms etc..
Revenue Recovery includes finding, claiming and collecting unpaid suspense as well as escheated funds on our client's behalf on a "success or No Cost Basis". There is no upfront fees.
